Please call us at (919) 259-9320 to schedule your appointment, or if you have any questions about acupuncture, herbs, homeopathy or Natural Medicine that this site hasn’t answered. Prior to your first visit you must fill out a Health History Questionnaire. You may use the following link to download and print the Health History Questionnaire, or when scheduling your appointment you may request one be mailed to you. Either way, please remember to bring your Health History Questionnaire filled out as completely and accurately as possible to your first appointment.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, and VISA/MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without proper cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment.
